SIGN UP FOR PROJECTS!

Sports Award Ceremony and Dinner on December 7 – Help the Westside Athletic Booster Club Decorate for the sports awards banquet in the commons. Shift 6:45-8:30 needs 2 volunteers.

Houston Marathon on January 15 –Volunteers can help with giving runners water and cheering them on! You get a T-shirt and snacks. You have to register online and not through NHS website. The instructions to volunteer are online.

BPA Regional Competition on January 21 -Mrs. McCall is in charge of the Regional Competition of the Business Professionals of America. We need volunteers in professional attire. Wear your NHS shirt with slacks or skirts.

HOURS AND PROBATIONS AND DUES:

Dues of $25 are due today for both juniors and seniors! If you don’t turn in your dues by today, then you will receive a probation notice before winter break.  If you have your dues today, see Mrs. Patch at the end of the meeting.

FOR JUNIORS AND 1^ST YEAR SENIORS: You must have 30 hours before winter break in order not to receive a probation notice.

FOR SECOND YEAR SENIORS: If you don’t have 90 hours before winter before, than you will receive a probation letter entailing what you have to do in order to get off probation.

Seniors on probation may not receive their cords and stoles unless the probation problem is cleared.

IF YOU HAVEN’T PAID YOU DUES BY TODAY AND/OR DON’T HAVE THE HOURS SPECIFIED, THAN GET TO WORK ON GETTING THOSE DUES AND HOURS TURNED IN BEFORE PROBATION LETTERS ARE HANDED OUT!
